Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure clarity and mutual respect of time, please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule our meeting. • Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly. • No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for a meeting without prior notice, it will be recorded as a missed appointment, and rescheduling may require further discussion.
