Service Description
A monthly 1-hour, one-on-one coaching session delivered online. Each session covers a review of your budget, a discussion of your credit, identification of financial obstacles, and practical action steps to keep you moving forward with confidence.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. Please notify Metzger Financial Consulting (“MFC”) as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellation and Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund terms are governed by MFC’s Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions. • Virtual Sessions: MFC services are provided virtually. Clients are responsible for having reasonable access to the internet, compatible technology, and the meeting information necessary to participate in scheduled appointments. • Communications: By booking a session, clients agree to receive communications reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, including appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and other service-related notices. • Session Recordings: A virtual session will be recorded only with the client’s prior consent. Clients may decline recording without losing access to MFC services. • Privacy: Clients are encouraged to participate from a reasonably private location and use appropriate caution when discussing or transmitting personal or financial information electronically. • By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges MFC’s applicable Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Client Responsibility Policy, and Confidentiality Policy.
